Role Overview As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support TEC’s functions and local market operations. You will partner closely with hiring managers, local HR Managers, and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience aligned with TEC’s strategic goals and culture. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for HQ roles and support overseas hiring when required, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Talent Sourcing: Utilise a mix of sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to build strong candidate pipelines. Process Improvement: Continuously refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity across the APAC region. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies; maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports. Qualifications & Experience 2+ years of experience in agency recruitment or talent acquisition. Proven success in recruiting for corporate functions (e.g., Finance, Marketing, IT, Legal). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors. Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics. Fluency in English.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join our Investor Relations team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in investor relations or a related financial role within a listed Indian company. You will play a critical role in shaping our communication with the investment community, ensuring the accurate and compelling presentation of our financial story and strategic position. Key Responsibilities: Support the end-to-end quarterly earnings process, including the preparation of presentations, press releases, and supplementary materials. Draft, compile and update key investor communications, including investor decks, factsheets, the annual report and website content. Collaborate with Finance and other business teams to prepare monthly performance reports and ensure consistency of metrics. Conduct daily monitoring and analysis of the company’s stock performance, trading activity and peer/industry trends. Analyse financial results, operational variances and sell-side research to generate actionable insights for senior management. Synthesise market data, investor feedback and industry developments to inform and refine IR messaging and strategy. Collaborate on cross-functional strategic projects to drive process improvements and support reporting automation initiatives. Research market trends and prepare regular summaries and briefing materials for senior management. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or CFA is a plus. 2-5 years of direct experience in an investor relations, equity research, or financial reporting role within a listed company environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft clear, compelling narratives for a financial audience. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
