Email Marketing Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and execute targeted B2B email marketing campaigns for US & Canada.
  • Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists through research and database development.
  • Generate qualified leads through strategic email outreach and follow-up sequences.
  • Coordinate with the Sales/BD team to convert email leads into business opportunities.
  • Optimize subject lines, templates, and workflows to improve open and response rates.
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other anti-spam regulations.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics like open rates, CTR, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with email automation best practices, CRM tools, and lead nurturing techniques.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing or lead generation (US/CA market preferred).
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, list-building, and personalization strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Excellent written communication and persuasive email drafting skills.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach & lead generation is an added advantage.

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple campaigns.
