We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our sales team in the IT SaaS domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business challenges, and offering tailored SaaS solutions to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
* Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in target markets.
* Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
* Engage with decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, and Managers) to present SaaS product solutions.
* Deliver product demos and presentations to potential clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and feedback.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain CRM with updated sales activities and pipeline reports.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
* 1–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS / IT software industry.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong understanding of SaaS products, technology, and digital transformation trends.
* Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.
* Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is an advantage.
* Exposure to international markets (US, UK, or APAC) will be a plus.
* Tech-savvy with an analytical mindset.
* Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Passion for technology and innovation in the SaaS ecosystem.
