About the Role:

As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, helping them make informed decisions about their educational and career goals. You will play a key role in driving admissions and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel and guide students regarding academic programs, admission requirements, and career options.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins to provide information about courses and admission procedures.
• Convert student inquiries into successful enrollments through effective communication and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate student databases and track all interactions in CRM systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
• Assist students with documentation, form-filling, and fee payment processes.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Participate in webinars, counseling sessions, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Psychology preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
• Good command of English and Hindi (additional regional languages will be a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Prior experience in counseling, EdTech, or education sales is an added advantage.
