We are looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Executive (US Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth in the US market.
This role requires excellent communication skills, familiarity with US business culture, and a proven ability to close B2B deals in the US market.
* Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities in the US market.
* Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
* Engage with key decision-makers (CXOs, Founders, IT Heads, Procurement Teams, etc.) to understand their requirements and propose relevant SaaS/IT solutions.
* Deliver impactful product demos and sales presentations.
* Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closure.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align lead generation and sales efforts.
* Maintain accurate records of all activities and communication in the CRM.
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
* 1–6 years of experience in B2B, preferably in US/International markets. Strong understanding of US sales process, time zones, and communication etiquette.
* Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
* Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US business hours.
* Experience in IT services, SaaS, or software product sales.
* Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
* Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Familiarity with lead generation tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, etc.).
