As an Email Marketing Specialist at Wire Wings Pvt. Ltd., your role involves planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns to drive IT sales in both domestic and international markets. You will focus on lead generation and nurturing to achieve results. Your responsibilities include: - Developing and managing targeted email marketing campaigns for IT sales. - Building, segmenting, and maintaining email lists for maximum engagement. - Creating compelling email content, subject lines, and call-to-actions to improve open and click-through rates. - Setting up and managing email automation workflows and drip campaigns. - Monitoring campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. - Collaborating with the sales team to align email campaigns with business objectives. - Ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.). To qualify for this role, you need: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Email Marketing with a focus on IT sales (domestic and international markets). - Hands-on experience with email automation platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, Zoho, or similar. - Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead nurturing processes. - Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills. - Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data. - Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques. - Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Must-have skills include: - Experience in B2B IT sales campaigns. - Knowledge of cold emailing best practices and email deliverability. - Familiarity with data-driven marketing tools and reporting dashboards. - Basic understanding of HTML for email template editing.
