Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate, located in Lucknow. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and communicating with potential clients. They will also identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.

Qualifications

• Presentation Skills and ability to create engaging Presentations
• Lead Generation and Market Research experience
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
