Position Overview
As an
Associate Commercial Excellence Specialist / Email Campaign Specialist, Marketing Operations
you will play a critical role in executing successful email marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on demand generation and lead nurturing. You will collaborate with regional business marketing teams to develop, deploy, and optimize email marketing strategies and reports. Reporting to Dow’s Global Commercial Excellence function, you will have expertise in email marketing best practices, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. This includes campaign creation, email design, performance tracking, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and Oracle Eloqua proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Campaign Management: Collaborate with Marketing Communications to design engaging email templates and content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Audience Segmentation & Deployment: Manage and segment audiences in Eloqua and CDP for targeted campaigns; schedule and execute campaigns using Oracle Eloqua and Adobe Real-Time CDP, and resolve deployment issues.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), generate actionable reports, manage Campaign IDs, and conduct A/B testing for optimization.
- Compliance & Data Privacy: Ensure campaigns comply with GDPR and Dow best practices, maintaining strict data privacy protocols and database accuracy.
- Collaboration & Support: Implement and test lead scoring models, support marketing technology maintenance, and provide training on email marketing tools and techniques.
- Critical Success Factors: Demonstrate strong organization, urgency, teamwork across regions, process improvement, analytical thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or Technology or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital communication and campaign management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Oracle Eloqua, including end-to-end campaign setup, email design, landing page creation, lead form set up, and audience management. Ability to analyse campaign performance data and provide data-driven insights.
Preferred Skills
- Eloqua certification/hands-on experience with Eloqua, or other relevant marketing automation certifications.
- Experience with HTML Coding, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an added advantage.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) for audience segmentation and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling and campaign reporting.
