Ensure the safety of Man, Machine. Material and Method. Ensure nurturing culture of values and mission for sustainable growth.Responsible for ensuring discipline in Gurugram office for PPD Team.Accomplish marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products analyzing trends and results, establishing pricing strategies, recommending selling prices monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected, business; establishing targeted market share.Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidentialAccomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs, developing field sales action plans.Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's sales and marketing goals.Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.Implementing new sales plans and marketing strategies considering the market situations.Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.Develop KPI`s for team working in sales and Manufacturing.Responsible for meeting Sales and manufacturing targets.Accountable P&L for PPD including but not limited to expense control.Timely reporting to Management and getting reported by Plant team.To undertake the responsibility for developing Safety work culture and ensure the compliance of environment and related health & Hygiene at plant.Accountable for productivity performance of the plant against the budget by ensuring defined processes are followed rigorously without any deviations. (Planning, Resource Allocation and Productivity)Accountable for plant quality performance and develop the culture of quality consciousness among the team member and educate the team about cost of poor quality.Accountable to address the customer complaints within the time frame defined in the work instructions / SOP / procedures etc., by using QC tools for root cause analysis and POKAYOKE (Full Proof Actions) against NC (In house rejection) or complaint/rejections.Accountable to meet the budget expectations by reduction in COGS and reducing the expenses by using the in-house resources and motivating the team for cost savings projects.Accountable for on time delivery of products / goods as per the schedule of delivery agreed with sales team to customers.Responsible to drive the team as leader and guide the team to meet the organisation goals to achieve the desired results by developing the culture of learning and development in each department.Accountable for inventory control at plant for ( RM, WIP & FG ) by ensuring the minimum stock level is maintained and reorder quantity is defined and followed to ensure the continuity of production plan with out interruptions or loss time.Ensure to maintain 5`s at plant, train educate review the performance of zone leaders periodically and also ensure the closing of open points identified during safety walk, near miss reports etc,.Control down time due to breakdown and develop and monitor the preventive maintenance plan. Timely review the plan and ensure required resources are provided for effective maintenance of Machine health condition.Keep the level of motivation on higher side for self and employees working at plant for harmonious work practices and developing the spirit of team.Ensure the corporate compliance are followed educated among the team members and motivate the employees for escalation in case of any unusual / unfair / abnormal / suspicious act is observed with employee or customer or supplier is observed to protect the company from catastrophic situations.Manpower Planning and allocation of Human Resources to each department and assessment of performance of each department and report to top management for necessary further actions.Handle Audit (internal / external) by authorities / customers / internal auditors / external auditors and report the same to Management with findings with action to take appropriate actions to eliminate the probable future complications and corrective action if needed.These are the key tasks as currently defined. They are not listed in priority order and post holders should not place emphasis on the location of the task within the forgoing job description. From time to time the key tasks may be varied and the post holder will be expected to take on such variations within the constraints of the grade and the level of responsibility implied in it.
