MCPP INDIA PRIVATE LIMITEDJob descriptionJob Overview: Oversee and manage daily activities of Internal control, management of Payables and Receivable, maintain financial records, resolve discrepancies and implement efficient processes by ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide a clear overview of an organization's financial positionBudgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets, financial forecasts, and financial models to help organizations plan and allocate resources effectivelyFinancial Analysis: Assist in conducting financial analysis to assess profitability, cost-effectiveness, and financial risks, and make recommendations for improvementAuditing and Internal Control: Liaison with auditors to perform internal or external audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, identifying and resolving any discrepanciesTaxation: Managing tax compliance especially GST, TDS, including filing tax returns, tax planning, and ensuring that the organization minimizes tax liabilitiesManagement Accounting: Provide financial information to support decision-making within the organization, such as cost analysis and performance measurementFinancial Planning: Assist in creating and executing financial strategies, setting financial goals, and monitoring progress toward achieving those goalsReceivables and Payables Management.Assist in developing compliance programs, policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
