What You Will Be Doing
- Crafting comprehensive 3-statement models with clear drivers, seamless ERP integration, and AI-powered scenario analysis
- Developing complete investment packages—models, sensitivity analyses, and board-ready documentation—with 72-hour turnaround
- Rigorously analyzing CAC, retention metrics, pricing structures, utilization rates, and key levers to expose critical assumptions and drive strategic clarity
- Transforming vulnerable business strategies into structured, measurable execution roadmaps with defined performance guardrails
- Developing and continuously refining dynamic financial systems that enable real-time decision-making across diverse SaaS and education portfolios
 
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Managing month-end close, coordinating audits, or focusing on compliance tasks—this transcends traditional controller or FP&A functions
- Overseeing extensive teams or prioritizing personnel development—your leadership manifests through results, not organizational hierarchy
- Producing presentations that languish unread—every recommendation must be substantiated by robust models, validated assumptions, and actionable decision frameworks
- Settling into predictable routines—expect a fast-paced, AI-integrated environment where ambiguity is the norm, not the exception
- Waiting for approval to challenge conventions—your mandate is to scrutinize strategy and elevate its impact and execution velocity
 
Division CFO Key Responsibilities
Design and implement an AI-enhanced financial ecosystem that powers critical investment decisions, sustainable growth strategies, and operational clarity across rapidly scaling SaaS and education ventures.
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Big 4 M&A/Corporate Finance (excluding audit/tax), with proven expertise in transaction modeling, stakeholder engagement, and investment evaluation
- Professional qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA, or MBA) with comprehensive understanding of US GAAP/IFRS standards and integrated financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level ERP platforms (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent)
- Proven capability leveraging AI tools for financial modeling, scenario development, research, documentation, and process automation
- Demonstrated history of delivering sophisticated models and executive-level recommendations characterized by speed, professionalism, and strategic insight
- Based within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones
 
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Familiarity with SaaS or EdTech business models and industry dynamics
- Proven track record designing comprehensive financial infrastructures, beyond simply working within established systems
- Previous success in dynamic, founder-driven organizations characterized by evolving priorities and direct communication cultures
