What You Will Be Doing Transform raw AI-generated content into polished, publication-ready assets across multiple formats including forums, blogs, and knowledge bases Provide detailed, structured feedback on AI outputs that directly feeds into our machine learning retraining cycles Conduct data-driven quality analysis to identify patterns, track improvement metrics, and highlight opportunities for systematic enhancement What You Won’t Be Doing This isn't content moderation—you won't be spending your days flagging inappropriate user-generated content or enforcing community guidelines We're beyond basic copyediting—your focus will be comprehensive content improvement, not just fixing commas and typos This isn't checkbox quality assurance—you'll be an active participant in evolving our AI systems, not following rigid testing protocols Basic Requirements Content Quality Analyst key responsibilities 1+ years of professional experience in content quality, AI output review, or editorial operations Proven track record working with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.) in a professional capacity—including prompting, output evaluation, and improvement Exceptional command of written English with strong editorial judgment and attention to detail About IgniteTech If you want to work hard at a company where you can grow and be a part of a dynamic team, join IgniteTech! Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
