Division CFO Key Responsibilities
Spearhead the development and implementation of an AI-powered financial infrastructure that enables data-driven decision making, sustainable growth, and strategic clarity across our portfolio of innovative SaaS and education ventures.
Basic Requirements
- Proven track record with 5+ years in top-tier financial institutions (PE, IB, or Big 4 M&A/Corporate Finance), showcasing expertise in deal modeling and strategic decision-making
- Professional certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA, or MBA) with comprehensive understanding of accounting standards
- Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms
- Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools for financial analysis and strategic planning
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality financial models and strategic recommendations under pressure
- Based in UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones
Nice-to-have Requirements
- First-hand experience with SaaS or EdTech business models
- Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive financial systems
- Success in dynamic, founder-led organizations with high-performance cultures
