Job Description

Direct Life Insurance Channel

If you have prior exposure to the BFSI sector and are hungry to build a career in life insurance sales, this is a strong opportunity to grow fast.

Job Locations:

Experience & Salary

Experience:
Minimum 6 months of BFSI sales experience (Life Insurance exposure preferred)
CTC:
Up to 3.50 LPA + attractive performance incentives

Role & Responsibilities

Generate life insurance business through direct customer engagement and field activities
Identify customer needs and pitch suitable life insurance products
Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to policy issuance
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch revenue
Build long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and service

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months of BFSI sales experience is mandatory
Strong communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with field sales and target-driven work
Candidates with a serious sales mindset and growth orientation will be preferred
