Description:We’re seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Manager – Digital Marketing to take ownership of our global SEO strategy across multilingual, multi-market websites. This role requires a deep understanding of international SEO, AI-based search trends, technical audits, and a keen analytical mindset to drive organic performance aligned with business KPIs like MQLs and SQLs. Responsibilities:Lead and execute international, multilingual SEO strategies, including AI-driven and voice search optimization.Conduct technical SEO audits and ensure best practices across indexing, crawlability, structured data, mobile responsiveness, site speed, and Core Web Vitals.Optimize on-page elements such as metadata, headers, internal linking, and content structure; implement scalable automation for SEO elements where possible.Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and digital PR, to improve domain authority.Analyze website traffic, keyword performance, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.Track AI-assisted search trends (Google SGE, Perplexity AI, ChatGPT Search) and adjust SEO strategies accordingly.Conduct competitor analysis and SEO experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to identify gaps, refine strategies, and improve rankings and conversions.Collaborate with content, design, product, and web teams to align SEO efforts across departments and ensure content supports organic visibility and user engagement.Build and guide content strategies using models like pillar-cluster and E-E-A-T principles to drive authority and relevance.Monitor and report on SEO performance through monthly reports, highlighting KPIs, wins/losses, and action items.Forecast SEO traffic growth and its impact on pipeline metrics such as MQLs and SQLs.Ensure SEO-friendly website accessibility and maintain technical hygiene, including redirects, crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content. Requirement:3+ years of experience in SEO roles, preferably within B2B SaaS and international/multi-market environments.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.Proven expertise in technical SEO, AI-driven search optimization, and content strategy.Strong command of tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb; familiarity with SurferSEO, Clearscope, Jasper AI, and Zapier is a plus.Experience in CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow, with basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate SEO data into clear strategies for non-technical stakeholders.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.SEO certifications (Google SEO, SEMrush Toolkit, HubSpot Content Marketing, etc.) are a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
