Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across

    Google Ads

    (Search, Display, YouTube) and

    Meta Ads

    (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Drive high-quality leads with a strong focus on

    CPL optimization

    and

    ROI

    for financial products.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for scale and efficiency.

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage the brands presence across

    Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter

    , and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging content to grow the follower base and boost community engagement.
  • Execute

    paid and organic campaigns

    to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

3. Brand Awareness & Strategy

  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen

    brand positioning

    in the financial services industry.
  • Maintain

    consistent brand voice and messaging

    across all digital channels.
  • Coordinate with

    design and content teams

    for creatives, videos, and ad copies.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance using

    Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards

    .
  • Monitor traffic, leads, and conversion funnels for actionable insights.
  • Prepare

    weekly and monthly performance reports

    with optimization recommendations.

5. Team Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with

    Sales and Product teams

    to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Guide and manage

    junior marketing executives or external agencies

    for campaign execution.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in

    Marketing, Business, or a related field

    .
  • 36 years of hands-on experience

    in digital marketing (BFSI/FinTech experience preferred).
  • Strong expertise in

    Google Ads & Meta Ads lead generation

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing

    .
  • Practical experience with

    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and CRM tools

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, analytical, and project management

    skills.
