We are looking for a smart, hands-on Growth Marketer to accelerate our growth and brand positioning. Key Responsibilties : Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital channels. Manage and optimize SEO and website content to improve organic reach. Collaborate with the product team to position new features and use cases for AI SaaS products. Create case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media content aligned with the growth funnel. Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools to identify improvement areas. Support partnership outreach and affiliate strategies to increase distribution channels. Research and experiment with new growth channels to improve qualified inbound leads. Work with design teams to create engaging creatives for campaigns. Requirements : 6 months – 1 year of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing , preferably in SaaS or B2B tech . Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and SEO. Ability to write clear, compelling copy for ads, emails, and landing pages. Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ownership mindset. Interest in AI, SaaS products, and the startup ecosystem . Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
