Position: Business Development Representative

Location: Noida (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (aligned with US & UK time zones)

Compensation: INR 6 LPA (INR 4 LPA Fixed + INR 2 LPA Performance-Based Incentives)

Experience Required: 1–2 years

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our sales and growth efforts. The BDR will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building initial relationships with prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline for Aviara Labs’ AI products and services


Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and engage potential clients in the US and UK markets.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls) and inbound channels.
  • Educate prospects on Aviara Labs’ AI solutions.
  • Schedule discovery meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities, and interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Product teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and pipeline targets.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably in IT, SaaS, or AI/tech services).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong research, prospecting, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work the evening shift (2 PM – 11 PM IST) to align with international clients.
  • Familiarity with AI/technology-based services (preferred but not mandatory).
