Role Overview

Business Analyst / Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for clients, managing expectations and ensuring smooth communication.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Oversee project delivery timelines, resource allocation, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular client meetings, demos, and presentations to track progress and capture feedback.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with client needs.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary to keep projects on track.
• Support pre-sales activities, including proposal preparation and requirement scoping.
• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support business growth.

Requirements

• Graduate degree is mandatory;

  B.Tech / MBA preferred

• 3+ years of experience

  in Business Analysis, Project Delivery, or Client Management.
• Proven ability to manage

  customer-facing roles

  with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of

  project management methodologies

  (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent documentation, requirement gathering, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a

  fast-paced, startup environment
