In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy across channels such as SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media, email marketing, and content marketing. * Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns with clear ROI targets. * Oversee the company’s social media presence, ensuring brand consistency and engagement. * Manage website content, updates, and UX optimization to maximize lead generation. * Perform regular tracking and analysis of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and others. * Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create landing pages, marketing collateral, and campaign materials. * Manage relationships with digital agencies and vendors (if applicable). * Monitor and report on KPIs and budget utilization; present insights and recommendations to stakeholders. * Stay current with emerging trends, tools, platforms, and best practices in digital marketing Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). * 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns. * Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing platforms. * Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot/Mailchimp, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc. * Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have: * Experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing (tailor based on your business). * Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint. * Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development principles.
