Associate (Freshers) - Product Delivery

You will be joining Updapt as a Delivery Associate, where your primary responsibility will be onboarding clients to the company's SaaS-based ESG solutions. This role involves understanding ESG concepts, configuring solutions for clients, and acting as a liaison between internal teams and stakeholders. Your contribution will play a vital role in shaping the future of ESG solutions and developing valuable professional skills in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end client onboarding, including kickoff meetings, requirement gathering, configuration, data migration, and validation. - Set up dashboards and reports, ensuring readiness for UAT and providing training and post-implementation support. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment and maintain communication with clients, providing status updates and addressing queries. - Adhere to project milestones, identify opportunities for process improvements, and contribute to product enhancements and team development. - Support the Customer Success team and assist with ESG content and solutions for research and product teams. - Contribute to internal training programs and document client requirements and configurations for future reference. - Build strong client relationships, advocate for ESG, and stay updated on industry trends to promote sustainability and environmental management. **Qualifications Required:** - M.Sc. in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Climate Science, or a related field. - Strong passion for ESG and sustainability, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Solid data analysis, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. - Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Basic understanding of SaaS solutions and ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) is a plus. - Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.,
