Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Experience Required: 5+ years, with multi-sector digital marketing exposure preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage digital marketing initiatives across multiple sectors including IT, aviation drones & investment schemes, precast & construction, and solar energy. The candidate will be responsible for developing digital strategies, managing campaigns, optimizing channels, and driving business growth through online platforms.

You will be expected to blend technical knowledge and marketing expertise to effectively position and promote products and services tailored to each industry’s audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across IT, drone aviation, investment schemes, precast construction, and solar sectors.
  • Align marketing strategies with business goals and sector-specific challenges.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

2. Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email, Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing).
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across sectors and platforms.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to maximize ROI.

3. Content Marketing & SEO

  • Oversee creation of SEO-optimized content relevant to each sector: technical blogs, case studies, whitepapers, product pages, and investor communications.
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and video teams to produce engaging digital assets.
  • Manage on-site and off-site SEO strategies, including keyword research, link building, and technical SEO audits.

4. Social Media & Community Management

  • Build and manage social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Engage with industry-specific communities, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Develop paid social media advertising campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

5. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

  • Design and implement lead generation funnels tailored for each sector’s target audience.
  • Use marketing automation and CRM tools to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing, landing page optimization, and UX improvements.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs and produce regular reports on digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.) to derive actionable insights.
  • Recommend and implement improvements based on data.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product development, finance, and technical teams to align marketing messaging and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and media partners when needed.
  • Support investor relations with digital marketing materials specific to investment schemes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally across multiple industries.
  • Proven track record managing digital marketing campaigns that span B2B and B2C sectors.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal).
  • Strong grasp of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot CRM).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports using Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with content management, video marketing, and design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
