We are looking for an experienced Turnkey Plant Engineer / Consultant to lead the setup of a new IV Fluids Production Facility . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in erection, commissioning, and establishing new IV fluids plants in compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and oversee the erection & commissioning of a state-of-the-art IV fluids production plant. Provide technical consultancy for machinery selection, plant layout, and process flow. Ensure compliance with GMP, WHO, and regulatory requirements for sterile IV fluid manufacturing. Coordinate with equipment suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for timely project execution. Supervise validation, calibration, and trial runs of the plant and machinery. Prepare SOPs and guide the client team on production setup and operations. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in IV fluids / parenteral plant erection and commissioning. Proven track record in setting up new IV fluids / large volume parenterals (LVP) manufacturing plants . In-depth knowledge of sterile manufacturing processes, utilities (WFI, clean room, HVAC, autoclaves, FFS machines, etc.). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
