Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all online marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital channels, tools, and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Plan and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently.
  • Identify growth opportunities across online channels.

2. Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Track ROI, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates to ensure cost-effective campaign performance.

3. Content & SEO

  • Oversee content strategy across all platforms including blogs, email, and social media.
  • Coordinate SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and web traffic.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.

4. Social Media & Community Building

  • Manage and grow brand presence across social platforms.
  • Engage with the audience, analyze trends, and execute campaigns to build community and loyalty.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
  • Generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.

6. Team & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing executives/designers/copywriters.
  • Work closely with sales, creative, and tech teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset and analytical problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–8 years of proven experience in digital marketing (agency or brand side).
  • Experience managing performance campaigns and content-driven marketing.
  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads / Analytics is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
