Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in leading digital marketing initiatives, developing strategies, and managing client relationships. He should be able to drive business growth through effective digital marketing campaigns and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all digital marketing activities for Kalky Digital.
• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic guidance on their digital marketing campaigns.
• Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and implement improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and client management.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience leading and managing teams of 10+ people.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Skills

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization techniques, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
2. Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Proficiency in managing SEM campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads, keyword bidding strategies, and ad copywriting.
3. Social Media Marketing: Experience in creating and managing social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others, including knowledge of social media analytics tools.
4. Email Marketing: Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including list management, segmentation, email design, and use of email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
5. Content Marketing: Ability to develop content strategies, create engaging content, and distribute it across various channels to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
6. Digital Analytics: Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
7. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Understanding of CRO principles and techniques to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels for better performance.
8. Marketing Automation: Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot to automate marketing processes and nurture leads.
9. Web Development Basics: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand website structures and make minor modifications if necessary.
10. Mobile Marketing: Understanding of mobile marketing strategies, including mobile-friendly website design, mobile advertising, and app marketing.
11. Video Marketing: Knowledge of video marketing strategies, including video creation, optimization, and promotion on platforms like YouTube or TikTok.
12. Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and prepare reports to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
