Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and client management. Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns. Experience leading and managing teams of 10+ people. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Skills Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization techniques, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz. Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Proficiency in managing SEM campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads, keyword bidding strategies, and ad copywriting. Social Media Marketing: Experience in creating and managing social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others, including knowledge of social media analytics tools. Email Marketing: Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including list management, segmentation, email design, and use of email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact. Content Marketing: Ability to develop content strategies, create engaging content, and distribute it across various channels to drive audience engagement and brand awareness. Digital Analytics: Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Understanding of CRO principles and techniques to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels for better performance. Marketing Automation: Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot to automate marketing processes and nurture leads. Web Development Basics: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand website structures and make minor modifications if necessary. Senior Marketing Manager- Premium Real Estate Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha Experience : 5–7 years (Mandatory in luxury real estate, preferably in Bhubaneswar or metro cities) Employment Type: Full-Time About Us We are a growing real estate development company based in Bhubaneswar, focused on premium residential projects that prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. With new luxury projects underway, we are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to strengthen our marketing function, drive lead generation and sales conversions, and help build a strong presence in the market. Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Sales Conversion Design and execute strategies that generate qualified leads and support direct sales conversion. Organize property showcases, luxury site visits, and investor events to boost engagement. Build customer loyalty through referral programs and after-sales engagement. Strengthen and manage a wide Channel Partner (CP) network in Bhubaneswar and other key cities to maximize project outreach and sales. 2. Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning Create campaigns that position our projects as premium and aspirational. Oversee brochures, ads, digital creatives, and promotional materials. Track competitors and market trends to adjust positioning and pricing strategies. Develop partnerships with luxury lifestyle brands and influencers to enhance visibility. 3. CRM & Technology-Driven Marketing Manage CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot or equivalent) for complete lead tracking. Use marketing automation to optimize campaigns and customer engagement. Integrate marketing and sales data for accurate dashboards and decision-making. Monitor campaign performance and conversion ratios with analytics tools. 4. Team Leadership & Coordination Lead a team of 10–12 members including digital marketers, executives, and external partners. Mentor and train the team to improve communication, negotiation, and client handling. Set KPIs and ensure accountability for lead generation and conversion outcomes. Collaborate with sales and external agencies for campaign execution. Key Skills & Competencies Industry Knowledge ✔ Proven experience in luxury residential real estate marketing (apartments, villas, gated communities). ✔ Strong Channel Partner (CP) relations in Bhubaneswar and across metro cities, with a track record of driving sales through CP networks. ✔ Understanding of buyer behaviour and premium positioning in Bhubaneswar and metro markets. CRM & Technology ✔ Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot). ✔ Experience in marketing automation, customer journey mapping, and pipeline optimization. Communication ✔ Strong communication in English and Hindi. ✔ Knowledge of Odia preferred (gives local edge). ✔ Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
