Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and implement

    data-backed digital marketing strategies

    aligned with business goals
  • Lead planning for

    monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth targets

    (downloads, CAC, MRR, ROAS, retention, and more)
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Design, Tech & Founder to align strategy with execution

Mobile App Marketing & ASO

  • Drive and scale

    app installs and conversions

    across Android & iOS through both paid and organic methods
  • Manage all aspects of

    App Store Optimization (ASO)

    — keyword ranking, creatives, metadata, user reviews, and A/B testing
  • Utilize

    Firebase, Appsflyer, MobileAction, App Radar, and Mixpanel

    for tracking and optimization

Performance & Paid Marketing

  • Manage 360° campaigns across

    Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, X (Twitter), TikTok, and emerging ad networks

  • Execute

    remarketing, dynamic creatives, lookalike audiences, cross-device campaigns

    , and full-funnel targeting
  • Hands-on with

    Google PPC

  • Drive measurable ROI, reduce CAC, increase CTR, and improve LTV through

  • Plan, schedule, and optimize high-impact content using tools like

    Buffer, Hootsuite, SocialBee, Jasper, Canva AI, ChatGPT, etc.

  • Strategize and manage

    influencer collaborations, brand ambassadors, and affiliate partnerships

Lead Generation & Sales Funnel Management

  • Execute

    lead-gen campaigns

    for artist bookings, premium subscriptions, and B2B opportunities
  • Design

    conversion funnels

    , optimize lead magnets, and nurture leads with CRM automations
  • Implement email marketing workflows with tools like

    HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, MoEngage, Clevertap

SEO, SEM & Content Optimization

  • Drive

    organic traffic

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–18 years

    in digital marketing, preferably in

    mobile apps, entertainment, influencer, or D2C/B2C platforms

  • Deep experience with

    Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic Platforms, Google Analytics, Firebase, CRM systems, SEO/SEM, and ASO

  • Proven track record in

    app growth

  • Experience in
