Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Instagram, Google Ads & Website Optimization)

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our Instagram strategy, manage targeted ad campaigns, and enhance our website performance to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage engaging content strategies for Instagram, including scheduling, community engagement, and growth initiatives.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
Manage website performance and functionality, ensuring SEO best practices, speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and improved user experience.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across platforms and deliver actionable insights and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in Instagram marketing, Google Ads, and website optimization.
In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and content scheduling tools.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
