Position Overview: We are hiring a Deputy General Manager to lead and oversee the company’s day-to-day operations across production, sales, procurement, and strategy. This is a key leadership role that requires strong decision-making skills, operational experience, and a hands-on approach. We respect and value candidates from the furniture or outdoor lifestyle product background , as experience in these areas is especially beneficial for this role. Key Responsibilities:Operational & Production Oversight Supervise daily operations across production, procurement, logistics, and supply chain. Ensure timely delivery of goods and high-quality output. Work closely with the factory floor and vendors to streamline operations and reduce waste. Strategic Planning & Decision Making Make core operational and business decisions in alignment with company goals. Analyze business performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the company owner on long-term planning and resource allocation. Sales, Marketing & Vendor Relations Oversee product pricing, market positioning, and sales strategies. Support the marketing team in campaigns and trade exhibitions. Build strong relationships with dealers, customers, and import/export partners. Team Management Hire, train, and manage staff across functions. Create a culture of accountability, efficiency, and innovation. Lead by example and ensure clear communication across departments. Finance & Reporting Work within budgets and report financial and operational performance to the owner. Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage expenses responsibly. Ensure legal and safety compliance in all operations. Preferred Background & Skills: 6+ years of management experience, preferably in furniture, outdoor products, textile, or related manufacturing/retail sectors. Strong understanding of production systems and supply chains. Leadership, communication, and team management skills. Familiarity with inventory, sourcing, and client relationship management. Compensation: Performance-Based Salary Negotiable , and decided by the company owner during the interview process , based on candidate experience and performance during evaluation.
