Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Deputy General Manager (DGM) for Real estate Sales to lead and scale our residential and Holiday villas sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, team management, and client engagement with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.

Qualifications

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.

Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion across geographies.

Manage key customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure timely project launches.

Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to keep sales strategies competitive.

Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking using CRM tools.

Represent the company at industry events, site visits, and customer meetings.

Proven track record in real estate sales, preferably in residential/Villa projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle high-value transactions and HNI clientele.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
