Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Implementation to lead our software deployment and client integration projects. This role requires strong project management capabilities, exceptional client-handling skills, and a deep understanding of software implementation in healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end software implementation projects across multiple hospital sites.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient system integration.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyze data and project metrics to identify gaps and optimize implementation performance.
Troubleshoot technical and operational issues during deployment and post-implementation phases.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in implementation processes and customer experience.
Ensure effective documentation, reporting, and compliance with project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills

3-5 years of proven experience in Software Implementation and System Integration, preferably in healthcare or ERP domains.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and client management abilities.
Demonstrated ability to achieve high customer satisfaction and project success rates.
Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple ongoing projects.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
