Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Customer Relationship Management Specialist role located in Hyderabad. The specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, sales, and projects related to the Hospital Management System (HMS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software on-site.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
• Sales experience in the healthcare industry
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Hospital Management System (HMS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
