Role Description This is a full-time on-site Customer Relationship Management Specialist role located in Hyderabad. The specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, sales, and projects related to the Hospital Management System (HMS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software on-site. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Project Management abilities Strong Communication and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills Sales experience in the healthcare industry Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Experience with Hospital Management System (HMS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
