Prepare and manage proposals and contracts to ensure smooth deal closings. Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and contribute to sales forecasting. Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate interest in your assigned properties (for Sales & Marketing role). Work collaboratively with the marketing team and other departments to achieve sales goals.
