Deputy General Manager

Business & Strategy:

• Support the top management in formulating and executing business strategy for growth and profitability.
• Identify new market opportunities and product lines to expand business.
• Track performance metrics, KPIs, and financial outcomes, and take corrective actions.

Sales & Revenue:

• Drive sales growth across B2C (online) and B2B (dealers, institutional) segments.
• Set regional and team sales targets and monitor progress.
• Guide sales and marketing teams in achieving revenue goals through structured plans.

Operations & Process Management:

• Supervise end-to-end operations — from lead management to order dispatch, installation, and service.
• Implement SOPs, process automation, and workflow improvements for efficiency.
• Ensure inter-departmental coordination (sales, operations, accounts, logistics, HR).

People & Leadership:

• Lead a multi-functional team of managers and executives.
• Establish performance-driven culture through clear KRAs, reviews, and mentoring.
• Support HR in hiring, training, and developing team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
