Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Analyst located in Masaipet, Thoopran. The Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of products and equipment. Daily tasks include preparing and maintaining accurate records, overseeing quality assurance processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Analytical Skills, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance skills

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in related field

Previous experience in quality control 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Material Quality Checks:

Inspect building materials 

Construction Work Monitoring

Check workmanship quality 

Conduct regular site inspections and audits

Prepare site quality reports and punch lists

Defect Identification & Correction

Identify structural or finishing defects during our post-construction

Recommend and monitor corrective actions

Work with civil engineers, architects, contractors, site supervisors to maintain quality

🧠 Skills Required:

Attention to detail

Strong documentation and reporting skills

Knowledge of construction materials and techniques

Basic understanding of Real Estate Villas

🎓 Qualifications:

Diploma or bachelor’s in civil engineering, Construction Technology, or Architecture

Certifications in Quality Management 

Experience: Entry-level to 5+ years depending on project size
