3D Visualizer & Architect

You will be joining Bhuvana Group as a full-time 3D Visualizer & Architect based in Kompally, Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visual renderings, structural drawings, graphic designs, and lighting setups for our real estate projects. Your main duties will include designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings, integrating software and technologies in architectural plans, managing projects from inception to completion, and developing high-quality visual content. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in visualization and graphics, strong drawing skills, excellent attention to detail, and creativity. Additionally, you should have architecture and architectural design skills, experience with graphic design and lighting techniques, and expertise in software development and integration in architectural projects. Strong project management skills, proficiency in architectural design software, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field is required for this position. Experience in sustainable and green building practices would be advantageous. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also crucial to ensure effective collaboration with the design and development teams. Your role will involve refining visualizations through drawing and graphic design techniques while ensuring that all projects comply with real estate industry standards and regulations.,
