About The Team
You will be part of a technology delivery organization responsible for driving predictable, high-quality software releases across Solifi’s product portfolio. The team consists of software engineers, product managers, business analysts, product owners, and quality analysts working together in an Agile environment to deliver scalable financial technology solutions.The team places strong emphasis on disciplined execution, structured sprint delivery, and continuous improvement. Collaboration, accountability, and data-driven decision-making are core to how we operate, ensuring alignment with business priorities while empowering product teams to perform at their best.
About the Position
We are looking for a highly motivated and process-driven Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of incremental product development, structured software releases, scheduling, planning and actively manage end to end implementations.Delivery Manager will be a liaison between local delivery teams and other regional managers who support our customers.This is a unique opportunity to help shape how Solifi delivers high-quality software, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our development processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Disciplined Delivery Manager: a highly experienced and authoritative Delivery Manager to lead our Agile engineering processes, ensuring absolute control and adherence to best practices in Agile methodology (Both Scrum and Kanban).
- Leadership and Facilitation: Expert in Agile methodology, proven record of leading and facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Stakeholder Management: as person responsible for product release schedules, develop collaborative relationships to achieve positive product outcomes. Ensure everyone is accountable for their actions and deliverables
- Planning: Work closely with the product manager and Agile teams to develop detailed realistic product release schedules.
- Execution and Monitoring: monitor product development and testing activities, proactively identify risks and issues, escalate as appropriate to senior management with recommendations and ensure quality of deliverables
- Implementation: Go/No Go meetings, coordinate builds and deployments across all environments
- Mitigation: Lead meetings with leadership team to review risks and issues and work on mitigation
- Production Support: Act as a point of escalation for high priority issues
- Resourcing: Maintain accurate list of product resources, new hires, exit and team allocations
- Product efforts: Monitor estimates to actuals and escalate to stakeholders when appropriate. Audit efforts logged into product to ensure accuracy.
- Reports & Communications: Create, maintain and relevant product KPIs and reports and distribute with regular cadence.
- Process improvements. Lead release retrospectives and be a catalyst for process improvements to smoothen out any issues and increase efficiency
About You
- Highly articulate individual with strong leadership skills.
- Experience in software development lifecycle/system implementation. 7+ years of proven ability to deliver small to medium software products on time, on scope & on budget
- 5+ experience working in onshore/off shore model with flexibility to support various time zones
- Experience in multiple Project Management methodologies. Deep understanding of Agile.
- Experience of being a Scrum Master and leading Agile Teams
- Project Management Certification
- Have Development, Business Analysis or QA experience in FinTech industry in previous roles
- Ability to understand high level technical documentation and interact with technical architects, developers, business analysts and QA’s
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Nice To Have Skills:
- Experience with Auto/Asset Financing Systems
- Experience with issue tracking software (JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence.).
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience working overseas
