About the Opportunity

Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business and data analysts to review requirements and propose optimal technical solutions for data ingestion and distribution tasks.
• Design data extraction and transformation logic using ETL/ELT technologies, scripting languages, and open-source frameworks (Python, Airflow, AWS Data Wrangler, SageMaker, EMR, Glue, etc.).
• Lead, mentor, and oversee development teams and vendors throughout the implementation of data pipelines and transformations.
• Ensure timely execution and scheduling of all data jobs to maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Build and monitor data quality metrics to proactively identify anomalies and pipeline issues.
• Provide timely updates on progress, risks, and issues to managers, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
• Evaluate new industry trends, technologies, and tools and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Foster a collaborative culture of design reviews, code reviews, and test plan evaluations.
• Enable data-driven decision-making by deriving actionable insights through proactive or algorithmic techniques.

• Strong knowledge of

  : API Gateway, SNS, SQS, Lambda.
• Good understanding of

  Lambda and Kappa architecture patterns

• Experience working with complex datasets, data lakes, data warehouses.
• Strong

  SQL skills

  with experience in Redshift, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server, etc.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring development teams in an outcome-driven environment.
