Key Responsibilities:

● Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to support business needs.

● Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

● Identify trends, correlations, and patterns to provide insights and recommendations.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, operations, marketing) to understand data requirements.

● Assist in A/B testing, performance tracking, and forecasting.

● Maintain data accuracy and integrity in reporting and database systems.

● Document processes, methodologies, and insights for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, or a related field.

● 1 year to 2 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.

● Proficiency in Excel and SQL (must-have).

● Familiarity with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

● Basic knowledge of Python/R for data analysis is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience working with large datasets.

● Understanding of business KPIs and performance metrics.

● Exposure to Google Analytics, CRM, or BI platforms is a bonus.
