The Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting the school’s Marketing, Communications, and Admissions (MarCom) functions by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to guide strategic decisions. The role focuses on using data to enhance student recruitment, retention, brand positioning, and communication effectiveness. The Data Analyst works collaboratively with the admissions, marketing, and leadership teams to transform insights into actionable plans that drive enrollment growth and community engagement.What You Will Be Doing
Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources (CRM systems, digital campaigns, admissions inquiries, events, and surveys).Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inquiry-to-admission conversion rates, campaign ROI, enrollment trends, and audience engagement.Create dashboards and data visualizations to present insights to the MarCom and Admissions teams.Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all systems.Analyze applicant and enrollment data to identify trends in demographics, geographies, and feeder schools.Provide regular reports on admissions funnel performance (inquiries, applications, offers, acceptances, and enrollments).Support forecasting and target-setting for student recruitment cycles.Identify gaps or opportunities to improve inquiry management and conversion efficiency.Measure the performance of marketing campaigns (digital ads, social media, events, email, etc.) and provide insights for optimization.Analyze website traffic, SEO metrics, and social media engagement to evaluate brand reach and effectiveness.Segment audiences to support personalized communication strategies and targeted campaigns.Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing ROI and audience engagement.Produce regular and ad-hoc analytical reports for senior management and the school board.Support strategic planning and decision-making through trend analysis and predictive modeling.Collaborate with IT and other departments to improve data systems and integration.Assist in annual reporting, accreditation reviews, and strategic enrollment management initiatives.Who we are looking for:
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.Advanced Excel or data visualization certification (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred.Experience:
2–4 years of experience in data analytics, ideally within education, marketing, or customer engagement sectors.Experience working with CRM and admissions management systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, OpenApply, Salesforce, HubSpot) is a strong advantage.Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau).Understanding of digital marketing metrics and CRM data management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills — ability to translate data insights into clear business recommendations.Familiarity with GDPR and data protection standards in international school settings.Benefits at CHIRECQualifications
