Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tableau, experience working with Salesforce data, and the ability to translate business requirements into meaningful insights.

Required Skills

2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics.
Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (calculated fields, LODs, parameters, actions).
Good working knowledge of Salesforce data structure.
Proficient in SQL and Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience with Tableau Prep / ETL tools.
Basic Salesforce Admin knowledge or certification.
Knowledge of Python/R.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar.

Job Responsibility

Responsibilities

Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau.
Work with Salesforce data (objects, reports, exports).
Perform data cleaning, analysis, and interpretation.
Build KPIs, automated reports, and performance dashboards.
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Support ad-hoc analysis for decision making.
