About The Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content strategies that enhance the school’s brand, engage our community, and support our educational mission.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the school’s mission, vision, and goals.
- Conduct content audits to identify gaps and opportunities for content improvement.
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality, engaging content for the school’s website, social media channels, newsletters, blogs, and other communication materials.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the school’s tone, style, and branding guidelines.
- Monitor and analyse content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with the marketing, admissions, and academic departments to ensure content aligns with overall marketing and communication efforts.
- Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers when necessary to produce high-quality content.
- Engage with the school community, including students, parents, alumni, and staff, to gather content ideas and feedback.
- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
- Provide training and support to staff and faculty on content creation best practices and the use of content management systems.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in content marketing and digital communications.
Who We Are Looking For
Position Requirements:
- This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to create compelling content across various platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content analytics.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Qualifications:
- Post Graduation in journalism or communication.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Experience in an educational setting is a plus.
- Experience with graphic design and multimedia content creation.
- Familiarity with educational trends and issues.
- Knowledge of Canva, In-shorts is preferred.
