Draft and post job descriptions across platforms to attract qualified talent. Lead training sessions with team. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices. Coordinate with HR Manager regarding HR Ops works. What we are looking for : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus Minimum 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment Familiarity with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities Basic understanding of hiring trends and market dynamics Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
