Senior Operations Manager- Marketing

As a Senior Operations Manager at our 3-year-old growth agency, your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth project execution. Your strong leadership and organizational skills will be key in handling client interactions with professionalism. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the internal team to ensure smooth operations daily. - Oversee projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. - Handle client communication to ensure operational efficiency. - Coordinate across departments to enhance productivity. - Train and align team members with campaign objectives and targets. - Monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement process improvements. - Prepare reports, track progress, and provide updates to management and clients. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in a managerial role, with overall 7+ years in operations. - Experience in managing a team of at least 15 individuals. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Client-handling experience focused on long-term relationship building. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred. - Agency background and knowledge of Crypto and Gaming are advantageous.
