Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Build and manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and workflows.
Coordinate with specialists to execute campaigns on schedule.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights for clients.
Act as the bridge between clients, strategy, and execution teams.
Translate client objectives into clear briefs and actionable project plans.
Oversee a team of 35 people, including freelancers or interns.
Maintain clean, centralized data records for campaign assets, analytics, and reports.

What we are looking for:

2–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in an agency setting.
Deep understanding of performance marketing and social media strategy.
Experience managing client pages and handling client communication.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Experience with team management.
A proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
