Job Description

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Work actively in day-to-day operations alongside the team.
Supervise and manage a team of staff to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members for performance improvement.
Act as the communication bridge between the team and management.
Handle conflict resolution and ensure a positive work environment within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
2-3 years of total experience, including at least 1 year in a Team Lead or supervisory role in any agency
Strong communication skills
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Good organizational and reporting skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or other relevant software tools.
Knowledge of Crypto and Gaming is a plus.
