Personal Brand Manager

As a Social Media Manager at our 3-years-old growth agency in Nagpur, you will be responsible for managing and growing social media channels for a variety of clients in AI, Crypto, and Gaming sectors. You will play a key role in creating engaging content, executing social media strategies, and crafting campaigns that deliver results. Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple social media accounts across Twitter and Instagram. - Develop and execute social media strategies for internal brands and client accounts. - Create content calendars, strategies, and campaigns tailored to each platform. - Coordinate with graphic and video teams to ensure timely delivery of posts, creatives, and videos. - Write engaging social media copy for various client pages. - Monitor account performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights for improvement. - Stay updated on new technology trends, especially in Crypto, Web3, and AI, to create innovative campaigns. - Collaborate with teams to optimize campaigns and explore new content ideas. Qualifications Required: - 4-5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting. - Proficiency across multiple social media platforms. - Experience in managing client pages and communication. - Basic knowledge of running paid ad campaigns on social media. - Fluent in English with strong copywriting and communication skills. - Background in an agency and knowledge of Crypto and Gaming would be a plus.
