B2B Sales Executive - Ophthalmic Devices okhla, delhi, delhi 3 years INR 3.0 - 3.84 Lacs P.A. On-site Part Time

Overview : You will drive B2B sales of ophthalmic devices by building strong relationships with eye hospitals, clinics, and distributors. Along with the sales team, you will present product value, conduct demos, and provide technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Job Location : A-14, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi, India (occasional PAN India travel required) Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and distributors. Drive sales of ophthalmic devices (AR, LM, OCT, NCT, Phaco Emulsifier, etc.). Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations to decision-makers. Support pre- and post-sales with clinical and technical knowledge. Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales-oriented educational and promotional content (including video for YouTube and other digital platforms). Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to refine sales strategy. Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports. Travel across India for client meetings, exhibitions, and product installations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Optometry, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience in medical device sales or clinical support (fresh graduates with strong product knowledge will be considered). Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. Comfort with MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer success Heavy performance-based incentives on sales with no upper limit.
