Overview: We’re looking for a proactive Telecalling Executive to connect with our existing and potential customers. Your job will be to call leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, ExporterIndia Database and our internal database, understand their needs, gather feedback, resolve basic issues, and ensure smooth communication between customers and our team.
Job Location: A-14, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi, India (occasional PAN India travel required)
