Key Responsibilities

• Own the

  creative direction

  for performance ads (Meta & Google) and brand/social content.
• Build weekly and monthly

  content calendars

  aligned with brand goals.
• Brainstorm and execute

  high-performing concepts

  for reels, videos, product shoots, and static creatives.
• Work closely with performance marketing, designers, editors, and founders to turn insights into content.
• Analyse content performance and iterate fast based on data.
• Stay on top of D2C trends, hooks, formats, and design styles.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience as a content strategist/content lead in a

  high-scale D2C brand or creative agency

  .
• Strong understanding of

  performance-first content

  , hooks, storytelling, and ad psychology.
• Ability to quickly execute ideas (hands-on with scripting/shot planning).
• Excellent taste in design & aesthetics – familiarity with lifestyle/home décor content is a bonus.

Location: Flexible (Remote/On-site – Panipat/Delhi NCR)
